PBC Baby Expo Exhibition Stands
The PBC Baby Expo (Pregnancy, Babies and Children's Expo) is a consumer show for expecting and new parents. The next Sydney show is on 14 and 15 November 2026, followed by Melbourne on 27 and 28 February 2027, Adelaide on 13 and 14 March and Perth on 10 and 11 April. Who comes to PBC Expo
Visitors are expecting parents, new parents and grandparents. Many arrive with prams, toddlers and a list of things to compare: prams, car seats, nursery furniture, feeding products, sleep aids and services such as childcare, insurance and photography. They buy on the day when a show special is good, and they come back to stands where staff took the time to answer questions.
A stand built for parents with prams
Room to manoeuvre. A stand that can only be entered single-file loses half its visitors to the pram. We keep the floor open, use wide entries and place product along the edges.
Try before you buy. Parents want to fold the pram, rock the bassinet and click the car seat buckle. Low, sturdy display plinths at hand height and a clear demo area make that easy.
Safe for small hands. Rounded edges, no exposed fixings at toddler height, stable displays that cannot be pulled over and cables kept out of reach.
Somewhere to sit. A bench or a couple of chairs lets a tired parent sit while you talk them through options. That conversation is usually what makes the sale.

PBC Expo Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth
PBC Expo is the baby expo that tours the country: Sydney in November, then Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth in the first half of the following year. Past Sydney shows have been held at Sydney Showground at Sydney Olympic Park; confirm the venue for each show with the organiser.
A baby expo stand that travels needs to be light, quick to put up and tough enough for repeated packing.
