Custom Product Display Design and Fabrication

A product display should make the product the obvious thing to look at. Brij & Co is a display designer and fabricator with its own workshop in Ingleburn, Sydney, where we design, CNC-cut, build, paint, wire and print custom product displays for retail stores, trade shows, showrooms and launches.

Display design

Display design starts with the product and the person holding it. We look at its size, weight, packaging and price point, where it will be shown, and what the shopper or visitor needs to do: pick it up, try it, compare it or just notice it.

From there we draw the display with dimensions, materials, lighting and graphics for your sign-off. On the Amazfit stand, for example, white product plinths put the smartwatches at hand height in front of large athlete graphics, so the product and the story were read together.

Custom product displays we make

Bespoke retail displays

One-off displays designed for a single product or store: feature plinths, wall units and counter displays.

Branded product displays

Displays in your brand colours with logos cut, printed or lit, used across stores and events so the brand looks the same everywhere.

Promotional and seasonal displays

Displays for launches and campaigns, built to be stored and reused. See visual merchandising displays.

Timber product displays

Solid timber and veneer displays for natural, wellness and premium brands.

Lightweight display structures

Aluminium and lightweight board displays for brands that move them between events and stores.

Props and oversized products

Sculptural and oversized pieces, like the giant Nano Pro and Hydra bottles we built for BKT, that stop people walking past.

Display fabrication and manufacturing

Every stage of fabrication happens in our workshop:

CapabilityWhat it makes
CNC routingAccurate panels, curves, cut-out logos and repeatable parts for display runs
Woodworking and joineryCabinets, plinths, counters and timber displays
MetalworkFrames, brackets and heavy-duty stock fixtures
Spray painting2-pac and matched brand-colour finishes
ElectricalLED strips, lit logos and screens built into the display
Vinyl printing and cuttingWraps, decals, signage and graphics

Displays are pre-assembled and checked before delivery, so what arrives on site is what you approved.

Retail fixture fabrication for rollouts

For multi-store rollouts we can build one display first for you to test with real stock, then produce the run. CNC-cut parts mean the fiftieth unit matches the first, and graphics can be designed as swappable panels so the next campaign only needs new prints. For displays at the register, see point of sale displays.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are custom product displays?

Displays designed and built for a specific product and location, rather than bought off the shelf, so the size, height, lighting and branding suit exactly what is being shown.

Do you design displays or only fabricate them?

Both. We can design from your brief or fabricate from your own designer's drawings.

What does display fabrication include?

Design consultation, material selection, CNC cutting, joinery, metalwork, painting, electrical and graphics, then pre-assembly, delivery and installation.

Can you make a run of displays for several stores?

Yes. We can build one unit first for approval, then produce the run with CNC-cut parts so every unit matches.

Do you make props and oversized products?

Yes. We build sculptural and oversized props for launches, stands and stores, such as the giant product bottles made for BKT.
