AV hire for events and exhibition stands
We hire and install the audio visual equipment an exhibition or event actually needs:
- Screens on floor stands, wall mounts or built into the stand joinery
- Video walls and projectors for larger stands and presentations
- Interactive and touch displays for product demos and lead capture
- Sound systems for presentations and launches
Every setup is tested before doors open, with content playing from the media player, cables hidden and power confirmed. On stands we build, screens are designed into the structure from the start, as on the ASUS Republic of Gamers stand, where gaming PCs and monitors were integrated into the custom joinery for live demonstrations.
Event lighting and display lighting
Exhibition halls are lit for forklifts, not for brands. Hall lighting is flat and often cool, so an unlit stand looks grey next to one that is lit properly. Good lighting does two jobs:
Display lighting
Focused light on products, graphics and logos: spotlights on track, LED strips under shelves and inside counters, and backlit fabric graphics. Our electrical team wires display lighting into the joinery, so there are no loose cables and nothing to trip over.
Event lighting
Lighting that sets the mood of the whole space, such as warm lighting for a lounge or VIP area, coloured wash lighting on feature walls, and hanging-sign lighting that can be seen from across the hall.

Cabinet hire
Lockable storage cabinets for stock, brochures and personal items, in white melamine to suit most stands.
Showcase hire
Glass display showcases with lighting for high-value products and samples.
Exhibition flooring hire
Exhibition flooring that defines your space, covers cable runs and makes a shell scheme look finished.
Tradeshow support on the day
- Power and connection checks. Power orders and connections confirmed with the venue before bump-in.
- Install and test. Screens mounted, content loaded, lights focused and everything tested before doors open.
- On-site support. A contact during the event if a screen, light or media player needs attention.
- Bump-out. Equipment removed and collected to the venue's schedule.
