1. Information we collect

We only collect personal information that is reasonably necessary for our business. Depending on how you deal with us, this may include:

• Contact details: your name, email address, phone number, company name and job title.
• Project details: event name and venue, event dates, stand size, design briefs, brand assets, artwork and any other information you provide so we can quote on and deliver your project.
• Billing details: billing address, ABN and payment records. Card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored by us.
• Communications: emails, phone calls, messages and meeting notes.
• Website usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring site and similar technical information collected through cookies and analytics tools (see section 5).

We do not ask for sensitive information (such as health information) and ask that you do not send it to us.

2. How we collect information

We collect personal information directly from you when you:

• complete a quote request or contact form on our website;
• email, call or meet with us, including at trade shows and events;
• engage us for a project, or hire furniture, AV or display items from us.

We may also receive information from third parties such as event organisers, venues, your agency or colleagues who refer you to us, or from publicly available sources such as your business website.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

• respond to enquiries and prepare quotes, concepts and 3D designs;
• design, fabricate, deliver, install, dismantle and store your stand or display;
• coordinate with event organisers, venues, freight carriers and installers for your event;
• invoice you and manage our account with you;
• send project updates and, where permitted, information about our services (you can opt out at any time);
• improve our website, services and customer experience;
• protect our website from spam and misuse, and meet our legal obligations.

4. Website forms and email marketing

When you submit a form on our website, your details are stored securely in our enquiry management system so our team can respond. We may also add your contact details to our email platform, Brevo, to manage communications with you.

We only send marketing emails in line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can ask us to stop at any time using the details below.

5. Cookies, analytics and advertising

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small files stored on your device that help a website work and help us understand how it is used. We use the following services:

• Google Analytics: to understand how visitors use our website.
• Google Ads: to measure the performance of our advertising, including call tracking that records when a call is made from our website or ads.
• Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram): to measure and improve our advertising.
• Microsoft Clarity: to understand how visitors interact with our pages (for example, clicks and scrolling) so we can improve the site.
• Google reCAPTCHA: to protect our forms from spam and abuse. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

These providers may collect information such as your IP address and browsing activity. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and manage personalised advertising through Google Ad Settings and your Facebook ad preferences. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the website work.

6. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

• our staff, designers, fabricators and installers who work on your project;
• event organisers and venues, where needed for approvals, bump-in and bump-out;
• freight, logistics and storage providers;
• service providers who support our business, such as website hosting, email, IT, accounting and payment providers;
• our professional advisers, such as accountants, lawyers and insurers;
• government bodies or others where required or authorised by law.

We require our service providers to handle personal information securely and only for the purposes we engage them for.

7. Overseas disclosure

Some of the service providers listed above, including Google, Meta, Microsoft and Brevo, may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union. When we use overseas providers we take reasonable steps to ensure they handle personal information in a way that is consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

8. Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. These steps include secure hosting, access controls and encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law (for example, tax records). After that we securely delete or de-identify it.

9. Accessing and correcting your information

You can ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days. If we are unable to give you access, we will explain why, unless it would be unreasonable to do so.

10. Complaints

If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to respond within 30 days.
