Ozwater'27 Exhibition Stand Builders
Ozwater'27, the Australian Water Association's conference and exhibition, runs from 4 to 6 May 2027 at ICC Sydney. It brings together more than 225 exhibitors and around 5,000 attendees from utilities, consultancies, councils and suppliers. Brij & Co designs and builds Ozwater stands in our Ingleburn workshop, so your stand travels less than an hour to Darling Harbour and is checked in full before it leaves.

|---|---|

| Organiser | Australian Water Association |
| Audience | Trade: utilities, engineers, consultants, government and suppliers |

| Exhibition space | Fully allocated as of October 2026; a waiting list is open with the AWA |
The published exhibitor schedule shows access from late morning on Monday 3 May, the day before opening, with the show closing at 2pm on Thursday. That gives a short build window, which is why we pre-assemble every Ozwater stand in the workshop first.

Showing infrastructure products on a stand
Water industry products are often heavy, large or buried underground in real life. Pumps, valves, meters, pipe sections and treatment components need plinths rated for the weight, a floor that spreads the load, and lighting that shows detail on grey and black metal.
Where the product is too big to bring, we use cut-away samples on turntables, large-format graphics of real installations and screens running project footage. A digital twin or telemetry dashboard on a screen beside a physical meter tells the story better than either on its own.
Many Ozwater visitors are engineers who want detail. We include a quiet meeting space or bar-height table so your team can open drawings and spec sheets without blocking the aisle.
Stand formats that suit Ozwater
Custom stand
For larger spaces and island sites, a custom stand built around your product display and meeting needs.
Modular stand
A modular stand that also fits state water events and conferences through the year.
Stand hire
If you exhibit once, hire a complete stand with your graphics printed for the show.
Ozwater in Sydney: what the venue means for your stand
Ozwater moves between cities, and in 2027 it is at ICC Sydney in Darling Harbour. For Sydney exhibitors that means the stand can be built, pre-assembled and checked in our Ingleburn workshop and trucked in on the morning of the build day, which matters when the published exhibitor access starts late on the day before opening.
ICC Sydney's custom stand permit form lists a 5 metre height limit in Halls 1 to 4 and 4 metres in the Gallery, and asks about double-storey stands and ceilings. Heavy exhibits need delivery planned with the venue's loading dock. We lodge the permit details and book the dock time with the organiser for you.
Ozwater stand costs
Typical stand ranges from our exhibition stand cost guide. The AWA books the floor space separately.
| Stand | Typical range | Suits |
|---|---|---|
| Hire stand, 3m x 3m | $1,500 to $3,000 per event | Consultancies and first-time exhibitors |
| Custom 3m x 3m | $5,000 to $15,000 | One product plinth and a graphic wall |
| Custom 3m x 6m | $10,000 to $25,000 | Equipment display plus a meeting table |
| Island, 6m x 6m and up | From about $25,000 | Heavy equipment, screens and a meeting room |
Trade show displays for the water industry
Cut-aways and sections
A sectioned pipe, a cut-away valve or a membrane module shows what sits inside. We build cradles and lit plinths that present them at eye level.
Project stories
Utilities buy on track record. Large-format images of a completed plant with the client, the problem and the result printed beside them work harder than a product shot.
Data on screen
Smart metering, telemetry and SCADA products show best as live dashboards. We integrate screens into the walls with power and data hidden.
Room for engineers
A meeting table with a screen for drawings lets a consulting engineer talk through a specification without standing in the aisle.

I could not recommend Brij and Co enough! We've worked with a few stand builders over the years, but Neil and the team are the best at what they do.
The stand was beautifully executed, effective, and delivered at a very reasonable price.
They perfectly brought our vision for the stand to life. Since upgrading from more basic setups, we’ve been noticeably busier at shows, with customers often lining up around the stand to engage with our products. As a start-up surrounded by much larger, more established brands, that kind of impact is incredibly valuable.
The team is also warm, friendly, and super helpful during the stressful bump-in process, which is also a huge plus.
We had such a great experience working with Brij & CO for our stand at the Sydney Hair Festival. The booth was beautifully executed, and the quality and attention to detail really stood out. Everyone loved it!!
Neil was always very responsive and easy to deal with, and Anna was incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the process. They also created oversized props for us, which turned out amazing and made a big impact at the event.
Looking forward to next year's expo!
Brij&Co have built our (Tilley Soaps) Gift Fair stands for several years now and always do a fantastic job. Professional, reliable, and great attention to detail. Thanks to Neil and the team, we highly recommended.
We had such a beautiful experience with Brij & Co. They could bring my vision to life. Organising those type of events can be stressful but they made the experience very pleasant and easy. I will definitely be using their services again BKT (Beauty Keeps Transforming) in our next hair and beauty expo. Thank you so much Anna and Neil.
Brijnco is hands down the best fair stand manufacturer we've worked with. We were impressed by their innovative designs and commitment to delivering exactly what we needed for our event. The team at Brijnco is not only creative but also highly responsive. They listened to all our requirements and ensured everything was perfect. If you need a stand that stands out, Brijnco is your go-to choice!
