Custom Exhibition Signage and Trade Show Banners

Exhibition signage is where brand identity becomes physical. Every graphic element on your stand, from the 6-metre header banner to the counter-level brochure holder graphic, communicates something about your company to passing visitors. Poorly produced signage signals a low-quality brand. Sharp, well-produced graphics signal a business that takes its presentation seriously.

Brij & Co produces custom exhibition signage and graphics for trade shows, conferences and events across Australia. Our in-house production team handles large format printing, tension fabric dye-sublimation, LED backlit graphics and rigid substrate printing. We produce signage as standalone items for clients who need graphics for existing stand structures, and as part of complete stand build packages.

Types of Exhibition Signage We Produce

Pull-up banners are the most portable and cost-effective branded display, appropriate for small stand spaces, reception areas and conference registrations. We print pull-up banners on 180gsm reinforced polyester with print widths up to 1,200mm, on a range of hardware systems from economy retractors to premium slow-release cassettes.

Tension fabric graphics on SEG (silicone edge graphic) frames are the current industry standard for premium large-format display. Fabric is printed via dye-sublimation, which produces vibrant, accurate colour across large areas without banding or tiling artefacts. SEG frames clip into standard exhibition aluminium extrusion, making installation tool-free and fast.

Rigid printed graphics on foam board, aluminium composite (Alupanel), acrylic or PVC are used for product identification, directional signage, counter graphics and detailed information panels. We print to 3000mm x 2000mm on rigid substrates and apply laminates ranging from gloss to matte to anti-glare for different viewing conditions.

LED backlit graphic panels combine an illuminated aluminium frame with a translucent fabric or film graphic to create the most visually impactful display option available. Backlit graphics are particularly effective in darker exhibition halls and for brands that want to stand out from non-illuminated neighbours. view our full exhibition stand and display options

Design Specifications and File Requirements

For all large-format printing, we require files at a minimum of 100 DPI at 1:1 size, or 300 DPI at 1:10 scale (1mm \= 10mm). Fonts must be outlined or embedded. Bleed of 5mm is required on all edges for fabric and rigid graphics. We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PSD and TIFF files. Our design team can assist with file preparation and artwork setup at an hourly rate if needed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Fabric graphics (tension fabric or vinyl banners) are lightweight, portable and vibrant, ideal for large areas. Rigid graphics on Alupanel, acrylic or PVC are more durable and better for areas with physical contact, like counters or product identification panels. We recommend the right substrate for each application in your stand.

Standard production takes 5-10 business days from confirmed artwork. Rush production (2-3 days) is available for a surcharge. We recommend allowing 2-3 weeks from artwork approval to delivery to include shipping time, particularly for regional events.

Yes. We provide graphic design services for exhibition signage, including layout, copywriting guidance and brand application to stand elements. Design is charged separately from production. Supply finished artwork if you have an agency, or brief our design team directly.

Minimum 100 DPI at final print size for large-format graphics. Logos should be supplied as vector files (AI, EPS or PDF) to ensure clean scaling. Photographic images should be supplied at the highest available resolution. Our pre-press team checks all files before production and contacts you if there are resolution issues.

We can achieve close Pantone matching through our calibrated large-format printers, but exact Pantone matching (as used in offset litho printing) is not achievable in digital large-format. We recommend proofing critical brand colours before full production runs.

Yes. We supply a range of pull-up banner hardware from economy retractors for one-off events to premium cassette systems for repeat use. Hardware is available as an add-on to any print order, or as a standalone item.
