The Design Solution
The SKIN1004 exhibition stand was conceived as an immersive spatial interpretation of the brand’s philosophy — untouched nature, purity, and minimalism. Drawing inspiration from Madagascar’s raw landscapes, the design translated natural elements into a refined architectural language that felt calm, premium, and deeply experiential.
The stand architecture embraced soft curves, seamless surfaces whereas strong central focal point anchored the space, encouraging visitors to slow down, engage, and connect with the brand narrative.
Key design elements included:
- Architectural Envelope A sculptural, curved wall system defined the perimeter, creating a clean and enveloping form that guided visitor flow while maintaining openness and visibility from all sides.
- Central Feature Installation A bespoke rock installation sat within a circular display plinth, symbolising the origin story of SKIN1004’s product ingredient. Integrated lighting and textural contrast elevated the natural element into a premium visual centrepiece.
- Suspended Branding Ring A circular hanging ring structure was fabricated as a custom joinery as client preferred it to be having same textured paint finish as the main structure.
- Lighting Strategy Warm, indirect lighting was layered throughout the stand to accentuate textured finishes and create salon luxury atmosphere. Concealed LED strips at the bottom highlighted curves and edges without visual clutter.
- Materiality & Finish All items were finished in textured paint reflecting the brand’s minimalist aesthetic, allowing the natural feature and digital content to stand out without distraction.
- Digital & Product Integration Large-format digital screens were seamlessly embedded into the storage wall to deliver immersive brand storytelling.
The Result
The project delivered strong brand visibility, high visitor engagement, and a memorable spatial experience that resonated with both existing partners and new audiences, reinforcing SKIN1004’s global positioning through thoughtful, design-led execution.
